We want you to love your DRIMA fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom or personalized fragrances may not be eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at drima.perfume@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
