Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Custom or personalized fragrances may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at drima.perfume@gmail.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
